Thanks, Mary, for this study. I am seeing several themes to study as I read through this book. I’m praying to have an open heart for what God wants me to learn.

Today I’ve had two good workouts! First of all, I cycled about 11 miles on the Monon trail. I really like trail biking. Then I just purchased Nordic walking poles. I’ve been wanting to try this after reading about it two months ago, so today I went ahead and got the poles. I enjoy both cycling and walking, but neither of them have much of an upper body component. Nordic poles really add that in to the walking. I’ll let you know how it goes!

Thank you for this. I recently have lost 28 pounds in a biggest looser contest at contest at work (I came in 2nd), but since that has ended, I’ve been kind of lax. I enjoyed a walk yesterday with my camera! I have a bone disease, so it’s hard to do too much exercise. Reading all of James was great nourishment for my soul.

Whew, Candy, I was a little worried reading the whole book of James would put a few people off. Good for you sticking to it! How long did it take you? Congratulations on the weight loss! Keep going! Remember, God loves you!
Today I rode my bike and took a walk. Let’s go!
