One Week Day 7 Header

Welcome to Day Seven of One-Week Workout! Good job–you made it to the last day! Jane and I are praying for you to continue to grow stronger spiritually and physically and to reap a harvest from your work this week. In September we are offering a six-week version of Faith & Fit with a weekly online live call. In addition you will be able to take advantage of  the following:

  • Everyday Fit Food Challenges, Everyday Faith Scripture Readings
  • Everyday Faith Teaching Videos, Everyday Fit Physical Challenges
  • Extra Fit Challenges with Coach Dan

    One thing I will be working on is to carefully consider and measure my words — not to let my tongue get away from me. Another thing God is showing me is to not make impulsive decisions. I need to give it some time for God to lead and direct me.

    Thank you for offering this study this week! I have been blessed by the Lord’s presence in my studying, and have been challenged to become more fervent in prayer and to allow Mercy to be the director of my actions. Sounds so simple in print, but harder to do! I did my own running routine this week, logging a total of 15 miles, but I also appreciated Coach Dan’s weight training instruction. It was fun to incorporate that aspect of fitness into my routine, and I may be hooked! 🙂 (Not something I’ve previously done. I had to sneak into my son’s room and borrow his weights.) Thanks again for everything! Just wanted you to know that what you do has made a difference in my life this week. 🙂
